Agreement between Website User/applicant/student and MyUniversity.io website ("www.MyUniversity.io”) or “MyUniversity.io” is owned, operated, and maintained by the expedited oath.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the website/app or make the platform available to any third party.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the website/app.
Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of MyUniversity.ioor its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the website/app.

Payments:  

Full payment for packages must be received before starting your application case. Applications will be processed only after the amount has been deposited/transferred to www.MyUniversity.io account. Students should contact MyUniversity.io through e-mail or Phone to gather account information and routing number for wire transfer. It is the responsibility of students to verify all banking information before wire transferring the payment. If payment is made in currencies other than USD, your credit/debit card will be charged for selling price equivalent to USD on that date.1.7% Tax and service charge and 1.3% credit card transaction charges will apply on all transactions. For DD, Money Order, and Wire transfer, student or applicants should contact MyUniversity.io for details.

Return and Refund Policy:

Thanks for services taken at MyUniversity.io. We appreciate the fact that you like to pay for our services and/or the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and paying for our services.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at MyUniversity.io. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by making a payment for our services at MyUniversity.io, you agree to the terms along with MyUniversity.io."’s" Privacy Policy.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don't hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our services.

Once payment is made, MyUniversity.io will not refund any amount except in the scenario mentioned below.
If we were not able to secure you an I-20/admit if and only if you have applied to at least 5 MyUniversity.io, we would refund only the balance amount other than paid to as University fees, Standardized reporting score fees for GRE, TOEFL, GMAT, SAT, ACT, IELTS, etc.., Transcript evaluation fee, Transcript translation fee, and Postal charges. Since these amounts are paid to an external 3rd party vendor for service, we will not refund any of these payments. You understand the above refund policy, and in no other scenario, the amount made to Universities will not be refunded. If students prefer to cancel the application process after payment, they can do so, but no refund will be made.

The amount is non-refundable even if you do not wish to continue our services.

It is 100 percent non-refundable once we process your application, and you would like to withdraw the same and approach other consultants.

One hundred percent non-refundable if you fail to submit the scanned documents within the time frame of 1 week. Students will be solely responsible for document submission, and MyUniversity.io is not accountable for tampering with records.
Your Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to MyUniversity.io with respect to the website/app shall remain the sole and exclusive property of MyUniversity.io.

MyUniversity.io shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.

Your Consent:

PACKAGES AND SERVICES MyUniversity.io provides different packages and services to students. Comprehensive package(Regular) covers counseling, selection of 5 universities, application fees for 5 universities, standardized test scores fees(GRE, TOEFL..ETC), completing applications for scholarships and financial aid, credential evaluation fee, assistance in SOP(Statement of purpose), assistance with writing reference letters and assisting with writing resume. Students/applicants are fully responsible for completing the admission package for each university by sending financial/sponsor information from bank, affidavit of support notarized, and sending original or notarized copies of their academic institutions directly from the universities they attended to the university they are applying. MyUniversity.iowill provide the student with addresses their application has to be sent to. The time frame varies with students and will be applied before the university application deadline.

Comprehensive package(Expedite) covers counseling, selection of 5 universities, application fees for five universities, standardized test scores fees(GRE, TOEFL..ETC), completing applications for scholarships and financial aid, credential evaluation fee, assistance in SOP(Statement of purpose), assistance with writing reference letters and assisting with writing resume. Students/applicants are fully responsible for completing the admission package for each university by sending financial/sponsor information from bank, affidavit of support notarized, and sending original or notarized copies of their academic institutions directly from the universities they attended to the university they are applying to. MyUniversity.io will provide students with addresses their application has to be sent to. MyUniversity.io guarantees that their expedited application will be completed in 20 business days.20 business days are calculated from Monday through Friday each week, excluding Saturday and Sunday. This guarantee covers only services that MyUniversity.io is responsible for completing and doesn’t include student responsibility for sending SOP, reference letters, financial letters, letters from sponsors, and sending original/notarized copies from academic institutions they previously attended. Expedite package is not available to students who need a document translation. Adding more Universities covers the same services as above. The university application would be processed as per the comprehensive standard package if the student subscribed for regular. If the student subscribed for expediting, it would be treated as an expedited process. Suppose students register for more universities after their initial registration. In that case, 20 days will be calculated only from the day they subscribed for these different universities (e.g., if student registers on January 1 for an expedited package and adds other universities on Jan 9, the other universities will be expedited only from Jan 9 and 20 days expedite process starts only from January 9th). Selection of Universities covers only universities, the reason we submitted these universities, Financial and scholarship applications, addresses for each MyUniversity.iowhere applications and other documents to be sent and information’s on those universities, deadlines for applications and scholarships. MyUniversity.io will not fill those applications. MyUniversity.io will only ship by regular post to the addressee, and it is the student’s responsibility to complete the application and send it to universities. Credential Translation Service Translation of academic and work experiences are done through a certified evaluation agency (Outside Educational Evaluation services) and will be forwarded to universities. MyUniversity.io doesn’t do transcript translation services. Expedite process is not available if students subscribed for translation service.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our platform, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies. Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or MyUniversity.io.

MyUniversity.io may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from MyUniversity.io, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the website/app and all copies thereof from your computer.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the website/app and delete all copies of the website/app from your computer.

Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of MyUniversity.io's rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.

MyUniversity.io reserves the right to terminate or limit your access to the www.MyUniversity.io site and related services (including but not limited to access to www.MyUniversity.io site electronic mail) or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, if you violate any terms in this Terms and conditions of www.MyUniversity.io site. www.MyUniversity.io login to students may not be available occasionally due to upgrades and server maintenance. Such promotions and care are necessary to provide quality service to students, ad no refunds can be claimed under such circumstances.


Proprietary Material, Ownership Rights and Use:

All www.MyUniversity.io proprietary website content that is made publicly available to view and download in connection with MyUniversity.io site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software (“Software”), is owned by and is the copyrighted work of MyUniversity.io and its suppliers and is protected by laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of www.MyUniversity.io proprietary Content and Software is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. WITHOUT LIMITING THE PRECEDING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE CONTENT OR SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED

Completion of All Applications guarantee:

MyUniversity.io guarantee a 20-day application completion time for the expedited process. Twenty days is considered 20 business days excluding MyUniversity.io’s non-working days (Saturday and Sunday). The completion of the application doesn’t include student responsibility of sending financial bank information, reference letters, statement of purpose, affidavit of support from a sponsor, Resume, and original /notarized academic transcripts. It is the sole responsibility of the student/applicant to send the above-said information transcripts to universities to complete the application package for the universities. For students who require translation of their records, this 20-day guarantee doesn’t apply.


Guaranteed I-20 (Admission Letter):

Technically no one can guarantee admission to a University. Based on our experience, we have a very high admission rate. The I-20/Admission guarantee mentioned on the www.MyUniversity.io website is only based on MyUniversity.io’ experience and doesn’t guarantee from university officials, organizations, or representatives. Moreover, the admission guarantee can be in any of the Countries/ states and cannot ensure a university mentioned in the preference section on MyUniversity.io’s application. Receiving an admission letter (I-20) will take between 45days to 4 months.

University Vs College:

University is defined as a group of colleges (arts, engineering, medical, humanities, etc.) or institutions on campus. College is defined as a standalone educational institution. Both university and college are affiliated as per their Country's federal laws, and degrees obtained from either University or college are recognized globally. Our admission guarantee could be in either university or college, and you agree to accept an admission letter from either university or college if offered admissions.

STANDARDIZED TEST SCORES:

For admission into a University applicant/student, minimum test scores in GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, SATI, II, ACT, etc.…per university criteria. MyUniversity.io reserves the right to reject/advise student/applicants based on standardized test scores.
Copyright Infringement Notice

Additional Test and Medical Requirements:

Some universities may require additional English tests after being admitted to the university. It is the responsibility of the applicant/student to follow up with a representative of the university/MyUniversity.io if there are any such requirements are deadlines. Also, most Universities require students/applicants to submit proof of medical immunizations such as MMR (Measles, Mumps Rubella), Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, Polio, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Varicella, and Meningococcal Meningitis Vaccines. These medical requirements vary with universities, and some require HIV testing in addition to the above immunizations. It is the responsibility of students/applicants to submit the above records if they are admitted.

Transcript Evaluation and Translation Service:

Students from Non-English speaking countries may require notarized transcript evaluation and translation of their educational and work experiences. Translation and evaluation of academic and work experiences are done through a certified evaluation agency (Outside Educational Evaluation services) and forwarded to universities. MyUniversity.iodoesn’t do transcript evaluation or translation services. If Universities specify a particular education evaluation service vendor, MyUniversity.io will do so for that university.

Housing for Students:

MyUniversity.io will provide information on housing options available to students once you have finalized your university. MyUniversity.io will provide contact information, deadlines, and different options for students to decide their stay. Students should directly contact and pay the respective university for housing.

The authenticity of Submitted Documents:

It is the responsibility of the applicant/student to submit notarized/original academic and work experience documents. MyUniversity.io does/will not verify the authenticity of documents that are submitted. Suppose any document submitted during application, admission, evaluation, and translation process be deemed altered, forged, falsified, or tampered with in any way. In that case, MyUniversity.io or its affiliates/vendors hold no responsibility for such document submission. Limitation of Liability
